MIG Holding, and the National Industries of the DB World, announced the opening of the “Sivattek” facility, the largest pre -casting concrete factory in the Middle East, on an area of ​​2.2 million square feet.

The developed facility includes a production area with an area of ​​750 thousand square feet, and a storage square with an area of ​​800 thousand square feet, while its annual production capacity is more than 700 thousand cubic meters, and it is expected that the “Sfottek” factory will contribute to a major shift in the construction sector in the UAE, through Providing pre -casting concrete solutions, designed to raise the quality and efficiency of project implementation.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the MIG Holding Group and “Siftek”, Engineer Abdel Halim Muhid, stressed the importance of the transformation role of the factory in the future of construction, with the techniques of the new generation of prescription for pre -casting, and said: “This achievement comes in line with our ambitious vision of expanding in the construction sector And providing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and quality. ”

For his part, the CEO and the Director General of the “DB and the Gulf Cooperation Council, Abdullah bin Damithan, made a tour of the new facility, and reviewed modern production systems in it, highlighting their upcoming contributions in the industrial sector of the UAE.

He continued: «The construction sector contributes about 12% to the economy of the UAE, and it is expected that it will grow at an annual growth rate of 4.26% until 2030.

He added, “Innovation is a key to supporting operational competencies in manufacturing, and advanced (Sivott) technology will enhance the quality of construction, and support the local and regional supply chain for pre -cast concrete solutions.”
