The Minister of Labor discusses with the Arab Academy in Saudi Arabia to cooperate to qualify young people for the labor market

In a step that reflects the depth of Egyptian -Saudi relations in the field of human resources development and vocational training, Egyptian Labor Minister Mohamed Gibran, accompanied by the Consul General in Riyadh, Tariq Al -Meliji, Labor Adviser Mohamed Alyan, made an official visit to the Arab Academy, where he was received by the CEO of Al -Jasser Holding Group Omar Omar Bin Abdulaziz Al -Jasser, Director General of the Academy Ibrahim Al -Sharqawi, along with the CEO of Al -Oud Al -Oud Ahmed Al -Bahnasawi, and a group of executive leaders of the group’s companies. About the training system used, which depends on the latest modern methods and technologies, as well as a review of local and international partnerships that enhance the quality of training and the development of competencies. A comprehensive presentation was also presented on the journey of the trainee within the academy and the latest practices in vocational training, which aims to provide the trainees with the required practical skills in the labor market. Between Egypt and the Kingdom in this field, and discussed the possibility of opening a branch of the academy in Egypt, with the aim of transferring knowledge and qualifying Egyptian youth for modern jobs, in line with the requirements of regional and international labor markets.

This visit comes within the framework of continuous efforts to enhance the Egyptian -Saudi partnership In the fields of professional training and rehabilitation, in a way that contributes to preparing a new generation of trained Egyptian competencies and opening more opportunities for young people to acquire the specialized skills that qualify them for the advanced labor market, in line with the vision of the country that focuses on developing human capital and enhancing innovation in various sectors .. It is worth noting that the minister’s visit to the academy was on the sidelines of his participation in the activities of the International Labor Market Conference held in Riyadh last week ..
