A scientific study that re -imagines the future of services in the era of artificial intelligence

A scientific study entitled “Re -visualization of government and private services in the era of artificial intelligence”, issued by the Office of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Labor Applications in the UAE government, confirmed the importance of strengthening artificial intelligence responsible in re -conception, designing and creating services in the government and private sectors, and the need to create frameworks Governing the employment of advanced technology solutions in human service and ensuring the prosperity of societies.

The scientific study reflected the outputs of a specialized round table organized by the Artificial Intelligence Office, in which Omar Sultan Al -Ulama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and remote work applications, Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology in the Arab Republic Al -Bannai, Advisor to the President of the State for Advanced Strategic and Technology Research Affairs, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Edge” Group, His Excellency Kathe Vidal, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of Patent and Trademarks Office in the United States of America, and Majid Al -Memmar, Director General of the General Authority for Regulating the Telecommunications Sector and the Digital Government.

Sustainable development development in technology

Omar Sultan Al -Ulama stressed that scientific research is a pivotal factor in creating the sustainable development of the technology -enhanced government work system, noting that the UAE government employs research and studies in shaping the future of work and digital transformation, in a way that translates the visions of good leadership by enhancing the state’s leadership among the best countries in the world in various fields the future.

He said that the UAE adopts the sustainability of development and advancement with the advanced infrastructure enhanced by the solutions of artificial intelligence and digital technology, in a way that promotes the readiness of government work, and its anticipation in the face of the rapid global variables and developments in the digital field, and this trend requires intensifying studies and expanding areas of scientific research to develop best digital practices.

Promoting responsible artificial intelligence

The study deals with the most important thing in the round table discussions that covered the topics of rapid technological progress that pushed towards integrating artificial intelligence in various sectors, and touches on the necessity of governance of responsible artificial intelligence, and the design of a system that can enhance the responsible artificial intelligence in the government and private sectors.
The research study touched on the importance of developing an ethical charter of artificial intelligence, which enhances transparency and justice in its uses, directs it in the service of societies, and builds on its opportunities in facing the challenges of access, bias and inclusion.

The study stressed the importance of combating negative use of technology, filling the gap between society and policy makers, the importance of enhancing cooperation and partnership between the governmental and private sectors to develop responsible policies and frameworks in the field of artificial intelligence, and stressed the need for policymakers and leaders to enhance the responsible development of artificial intelligence solutions and formulate organizational frameworks Which looks forward to the best digital future, the importance of cybersecurity in anticipating a better future for digital technology, and developing implemented strategies that ensure the development of this future sector.
