The women’s handball team loses to Argentina in the World Championship

The Egyptian women’s handball team lost to the Argentine national team, in its third match in the 27th edition of the Women’s World Championship, in the tournament that is jointly organized by the Netherlands and Germany during the period from November 26 to December 14, 2025.
The match ended with a score of 27/14, noting that the first half ended with the Pharaohs leading by a score 11/10.
The Egyptian national team lost to Austria in the first match with a score of 29/20, while it lost in the second match against the Netherlands with a score of 37/15.
The national team was in the fifth group, which includes: the Netherlands – Austria – Argentina.
