The associated effects range from a decrease in horizontal visibility (3-5) kilometers in some places, to almost no horizontal visibility (1-3) kilometers in other places, and a lack of horizontal visibility of one kilometer or less in some places.

The Eastern Region: Jubail, Al-Khobar, Al-Khafji, Dammam, Dhahran, Qatif, Ras Tanura, Al-Ahsa, Al-Udayd, Abqaiq, Al-Nairyah, Qaryat Al-Olayya, and Hafar Al-Batin.
Mecca: Al-Qunfudhah, Al-Layth, Al-Taif, and Maysan.
Asir: Al-Barak, Al-Qahmah, Abha, Uhud Rufaidah, Al-Namas, Balqarn, Tanumah, and Khamis Mushayt.
