The attack on Iran sends a message to those who harm Americans: “We will kill you.”

US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said on Sunday that the US-Israeli attack on Iran, which Washington says resulted in the killing of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, proved that anyone who harms Americans must pay the price.

Hegseth wrote a blog post on the “X” platform in which he said: “If you kill or threaten Americans anywhere in the world, as Iran did, we will hunt you down and kill you.”
