The Arabian Drilling Company turned into a loss in 2025 of 75.25 million riyals, compared to profits of 321.36 million riyals in 2024.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"Net income decreased in fiscal year 2025 compared to fiscal year 2024, in line with the lower operating rate (75% versus 83%), which was partially compensated by an increase in drilling rig transfers.
The Board of Directors decided not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2025, based on the General Assembly’s authorization in its meeting on May 28, 2025 to the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual basis for the fiscal year 2025.

According to the statement, this decision comes in light of the challenges witnessed by the demand for rigs during the year 2025 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to support the company’s local and international expansion plans.
Restarting two drilling rigs
The Arabian Drilling Company announced the restart of two drilling rigs, one offshore and the other on land, that had previously been called during the fourth quarter of 2025.
