7 runs in the final race of the season at Jebel Ali Raceway

Dubai, March 12 / WAM / Next Sunday, Jebel Ali Racecourse will host the 11th and final race of the track’s racing season, with the participation of an elite group of horses, in an evening that includes 7 diverse rounds for the categories of purebred hybrid horses and purebred Arabian horses.
The race program is presented by the main third round, which is dedicated to “handicap” horses with a classification of (80-105) over a distance of 1,600 metres, with a financial prize amounting to 120 thousand dirhams, amid expectations of strong competition among the participating horses.
The race begins with the first half, designated for “beginner” horses, for a distance of 1,000 metres, with a prize of 72,000 dirhams, while the second half is held for the “handicap” category, with a classification of (0 – 80), for a distance of 1,200 metres, with a prize of 86,000 dirhams.
The fourth round will be held in the “Beginner” category, for a distance of 1,600 metres, with a prize of 72,000 dirhams, while the fifth half will witness a “handicap” race, classified (0-70), for a distance of 1,800 metres, with a financial prize of 76,000 dirhams.
The sixth half is allocated to handicap horses with a classification of (0-85) for a distance of 1,950 metres, with a prize of 100,000 dirhams, before the race concludes with the seventh half allocated to purebred Arabian horses born in the UAE at the age of four years, for a distance of 1,200 metres, with a prize of 50,000 dirhams.
The final race represents an important stop at the end of the racing season at Jebel Ali Racecourse, which is one of the most prominent horse racing stations in the UAE, and annually attracts an elite group of horses, owners and trainers.
