The first flights for beneficiaries of the initiative have arrived "Mecca Road" From the Kingdom of Morocco, via Salé International Airport in Rabat, today, Monday, to Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Medina.
Services "Mecca Road" For the guests of God
The initiative aims "Mecca Road" To provide Transportation and housing in the Kingdom, up to their transfer directly to buses; To deliver them to their places of residence in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Medina, via designated routes, while the partner agencies are responsible for delivering their luggage to them.
Ministries participating in the initiative
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Interior is implementing the initiative in its eighth year, in cooperation with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Health, Hajj and Umrah, Information, the General Authority of Civil Aviation, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), and the General Authority. Endowments, the Guests of God Service Program, and the General Directorate of Passports, in integration with the digital partner stc Group, and since its launch in the year (1438 AH/2017 AD), the initiative has witnessed (1,254,994) pilgrims being served.
