The Italian President awards Al-Abbar the Order of the Star of Italy, with the rank of Knight

Italian President Sergio Mattarella awarded the Order of the Star of Italy, with the rank of Knight, to Emirati businessman Mohammed Al Abbar, which was handed over to him by the Italian Ambassador to the country, Lorenzo Vanara.
The embassy said in a post on its Instagram account, commenting on the award of the medal: “Al-Abbar is a loyal friend of Italy, and represents a vital bridge between Italy and the United Arab Emirates, strengthening cultural, economic and commercial relations between them.”
She added: “His significant investments in the real estate and hospitality sectors in Italy reflect his deep appreciation for Italian products and the Italian way of life, and through the Dubai Opera House, he also plays a pivotal role in strengthening cultural relations between Italy and the United Arab Emirates.”
