His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, Governor of Al-Ahsa, chaired, at the governorate headquarters today, Tuesday, the meeting of the Traffic Safety Committee, in the presence of members of the committee and officials of relevant government agencies.
During the meeting, His Highness was briefed on reports, performance indicators and statistics Major accidents in the governorate, and the detailed data it included about the locations of their occurrence, the most prominent causes and types, along with ways to treat and reduce them.
Leadership support for the traffic safety system
His Highness stressed that traffic safety represents a national priority to protect lives and raise the quality of life in the governorate, based on the support and interest of the wise leadership – may God protect it – and its keenness to strengthen the traffic safety system in accordance with the goals of the Kingdom’s vision. 2030, stressing the importance of integration between security and service agencies in addressing critical points and raising the level of traffic discipline, pointing out that prevention begins with awareness and implementation of traffic regulations, with the need to measure results through clear performance indicators that contribute to improving the level of safety and raising the efficiency of treatment.
