Abu Dhabi, 5 May / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received today a phone call from his brother, His Excellency Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt, during which he expressed his condemnation of the Iranian terrorist attacks targeting civilians and civilian facilities in the UAE and the violation of state sovereignty, international law and the Charter of the United Nations, and a threat to regional security and stability.
During the call, His Excellency affirmed the solidarity of the Arab Republic of Egypt with the UAE and its support for all measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty, security and stability and ensure the safety of its citizens.
During the call, the two sides also discussed the fraternal relations between the two countries, developments in the region and their dangerous repercussions on regional and international security and stability.
