The UAE condemns the hostile Iranian statements

The United Arab Emirates condemned in the strongest terms the statement of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, affirming its categorical rejection of any allegations or threats that affect its sovereignty, national security, or the independence of its decision-making.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed, in a statement, that the UAE’s relations and international and defense partnerships are a purely sovereign matter, which no party has the right to use as a pretext for threats, interference, or incitement.

The Ministry stressed that any speech that includes a direct or indirect threat to the security of the state, its civil and vital facilities, or its citizens, residents, and visitors on its territory is considered unacceptable behavior that contradicts the principles of good neighborliness, the rules of international law, and the Charter of the United Nations.

The Ministry stressed that the UAE reserves all its sovereign, legal, diplomatic and military rights in the face of any threat, claim or hostile action, stressing that attempts to pressure, make accusations, or promote malicious allegations will not undermine its firm positions, and will not deter it from protecting its highest national interests and preserving its sovereignty and the independence of its decision.
