44% growth in profits "Empower" During the first quarter

DUBAI, 7 MAY / WAM / Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation, listed on the Dubai Financial Market, recorded total revenues amounting to 631 million dirhams, an increase of 16.8% compared to the same period of last year 2025, while it achieved profits before deducting interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of 358 million dirhams.
Net profit before tax amounted to 229 million dirhams and net profit after tax amounted to 208 million dirhams for the first quarter ending March 31, 2026, an increase of 44% compared to the first quarter of 2025.
His Excellency Ahmed Bin Shafar, CEO of Empower, said that the results of the first quarter of 2026 reflect the strength of Empower’s business model and its ability to achieve sustainable growth. The exceptional performance in revenues and net profits during the first quarter came thanks to increased production capacity and reduced operational costs, supported by a thoughtful expansion strategy and the continuous increase in demand for district cooling services throughout Dubai.
He added that Empower is focusing on enhancing the efficiency of its operational assets and expanding its production capabilities to keep pace with the rapid urban growth in the emirate, while maintaining the highest levels of operational efficiency and environmental sustainability. It also continues to invest in innovation and adopt global best practices, which enhances its ability to achieve sustainable added value for its shareholders and support the transition towards a low-emission economy.
