“Our Precious Mothers” .. the title of tomorrow’s Friday sermon in all the country’s mosques

The General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat announced that tomorrow’s Friday sermon in all mosques in the country will be titled “Our Precious Mothers.”

The authority confirmed that the sermon will address the importance of kindness to mothers, and a statement of its great status in Islamic law, as it is one of the best acts of obedience and the greatest of closeness, while disobedience to parents is considered one of the greatest sins and bad deeds.

It was stated in the introduction to the sermon: “Praise be to God, who has made honoring mothers one of the best obediences, and disobeying them one of the greatest evils. I bear witness that there is no god but God alone with no partner, and I bear witness that our master and prophet Muhammad is the servant of God and His Messenger. O God, may your blessings and peace be upon him and his family and companions, and whoever follows his guidance after him.”
