Senaat’s profits increased to 31 million riyals in the first quarter of 2026
Advanced Building Industries Company’s profits increased in the first quarter of 2026 by 30.7% to 31 million riyals, compared to 23.7 million riyals in the same quarter of last year.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The increase in net profits is due to:
1- An increase in gross profit by 2.2% supported by the performance of the iron and insulation sectors.
2- An increase in operating income in the iron and insulation sectors.
3- An increase in the company’s share of the results of associate companies and joint projects by an amount of 3.1 million riyals.
4- A decrease in financing expenses by an amount of 4.5 million riyals.
The increase in net profits is due to a quarterly basis. To:
1- Increase in gross profit margin as a percentage of sales by 2.43%. Despite the decrease in revenues.
2- An increase in operating income as a result of a decrease in general and administrative expenses and selling and distribution expenses.
3- A decrease in financing expenses by 9.9 million riyals.
