Thursday…the end of the real estate registration period for several neighborhoods in 3 cities

The Authority indicated that the property will end up in 18 neighborhoods in the city of Riyadh, including (Al-Saada neighborhood, Al-Fayhaa neighborhood, Al-Sulay neighborhood, Al-Jazeera neighborhood, Al-Nour neighborhood, Al-Aziziyah neighborhood, Al-Masna’ neighborhood, Al-Mansoura neighborhood (Khanshalila), Al-Rimal neighborhood, King Khalid International Airport, and… Sidra, Al-Bayan District, Al-Janadriyah District, Al-Nadhim District, Al-Nadwa District, Al-Rimaya District, Al-Safa District, Al-Farouq District).
In Al-Qassim, registration will end in 11 neighborhoods in the city of Buraidah, including: (Al-Nahda neighborhood, Al-Rawdah neighborhood, Al-Rayyan neighborhood, Al-Iskan neighborhood, Al-Falah neighborhood, Al-Nakhil neighborhood, Zarqa neighborhood, Al-Manar neighborhood, Northern Hamar neighborhood, Southern Hamar neighborhood, and Al-Olayya neighborhood).
In Medina, registration will end in the following neighborhoods: (part of Wadi Al-Batan neighborhood, part of Dhahwa neighborhood, part of Al-Aqoul neighborhood).
Real estate registration
It called on property owners located within neighborhoods to quickly register their properties through the real estate registry platform before the end of the registration period to benefit from the services of implementing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur to the property.
The General Real Estate Authority explained that the Real Estate Registry will issue a “property number” and a title registration instrument for each real estate unit that is registered.

The new ownership registration instrument includes the precise geographical location of the property, its owner’s data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it, to be a basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, in a way that contributes to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its main capabilities.
She pointed out that failure to register real estate within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes its owners to the financial fines contained in the real estate registration system, which are determined by a committee specialized in examining violations.
In-kind registration
She added that requests for real estate registration of real estate continue in all declared areas, even after the end of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.
It is noteworthy that the National Real Estate Registry Services Company “Real Estate Registry” is responsible for implementing the work of establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using modern technologies and geospatial data through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.
