Legal measures against the Eastern Municipality after its sudden decision to manage positions

Patk Investment and Logistics Company said that it announces the clarification of its subsidiary company Solutions Solutions for Communications and Information Technology regarding the sudden press statement issued by the Eastern Region Secretariat, yesterday, related to the assumption of the Eastern Region Municipality to manage and operate parking in Dammam and Al -Khobar from the date of 02/25/25 AD.
The company added that its subsidiary (Smart Cities Solutions Company for Communications and Information Technology) has investment contracts concluded to establish, develop and operate parking for the company’s investment contract in Dammam, which extends to the year 2045 AD and the investment contract in the governorates of Khobar and Dhahran, which extends to the year 2044 AD.
She noted that its subsidiary company takes all the regular and judicial measures that preserve the company’s rights and gains with the administrative court and the relevant official bodies.
It reported that any fundamental developments were announced later.
