The Secretary of the Islamic Affairs Council appreciates the efforts of the Biography and Sunnah Committee

Dr. Muhammad Abd al-Rahim al-Bayoumi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, held a meeting with the Sunnah and Prophet’s Biography Committee of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, headed by Professor Dr. Ahmed Omar Hashem, member of the Council of Senior Scholars, and membership of: Dr. Mustafa Abu Amara, Professor of Hadith and its Sciences at the Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion, Al-Azhar University in Cairo; Professor Dr. Gad Al-Rab Amin Abdel Majeed, former Dean of the College of Islamic Studies; Dr. Sobhi Abdel Fattah Al-Sayyid Rabie, Professor of Hadith and its Sciences at Al-Azhar University; Professor Dr. Ahmed Rizk Darwish Muhammad, teacher of Hadith and its sciences at the Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion in Cairo; Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdel Fattah Hafez Al-Desouki, Assistant Professor of Hadith and its Sciences at Al-Azhar University; Professor Dr. Ahmed Nabawi Ahmed Makhlouf, Assistant Professor of Hadith and its Sciences at Al-Azhar University; And Professor Dr. Abdul Rahman Ramadan Abdul Hamid, Assistant Professor of Hadith and its Sciences at Al-Azhar University.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Secretary-General welcomed the distinguished scholars, praising their great efforts in serving the Sunnah, the honorable biography of the Prophet, and the issues of Islam and Muslims, stressing The importance of continuing to hold hadith councils on a regular and regular basis. To benefit the public, men and women, by reading the books of the Noble Prophet’s Hadith, most notably “Sahih Al-Bukhari,” while completing the rest of the Hadith books, pointing to the importance of allocating other paths to explain the moral, jurisprudential, and explanatory aspects of the Noble Prophet’s Hadiths.
The Secretary-General directed the start of holding major hadith councils in the governorates, starting with the “Sidi Ahmed” mosque. Bedouin" In the city of Tanta, with a focus on reading “The Forty of Nawawi,” calling for attention to disseminating the jurisprudence of hadith and the Prophetic virtues, while simplifying the explanations. To ensure that the largest number of Muslims benefit from these councils.
For his part, Professor Dr. Ahmed Omar Hashem praised the role of the Sunnah and Prophet’s Biography Committee in serving the second principle of Islamic law, stressing the importance of disseminating hadith councils on a large scale. Pointing out that social media is an effective means of reaching various segments of society.
