The activities accompanying the “Discover Hail Dimension” tour, which was led and organized by the Tourism Development Fund, witnessed a large turnout from visitors, entrepreneurs and investors in the region, with the participation of more than 600 participants and beneficiaries in the Hail tour, which comes within a series of tours offered by the Fund in a number of tourist destinations in the Kingdom. In order to highlight investment opportunities in it.
The tour, sponsored by His Highness the Emir of the Hail Region, reviewed tourism programs and services, while providing services to those wishing and interested to benefit from investment opportunities in the sector to stimulate, encourage and support tourism movement in the Hail Region.

Discover the dimension of Hail

The dialogue sessions included in the “Discover After Hail” tour also discussed the most prominent features of the Hail region, the opportunities for developing tourism, and the solutions provided by the Tourism Development Fund and its partners in the public and private sectors. To enable entrepreneurs and investors to develop tourism sector projects, and inspire visitors with success stories and dialogues that enriched attendees with diverse ideas and contributed to opening new tourism horizons for them.

The “Discover After Hail” tour comes with the aim of educating those interested in the Fund’s services and products, the most important of which are tourism empowerment programs and financial programs targeting entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises, where 2,000 beneficiaries have benefited so far from all over the Kingdom, approximately 30 beneficiaries in the Hail region, for an amount of approximately 30 million riyals, which reflects the Fund’s empowerment of the tourism strategy in Hail.

600 hotel rooms

The Fund continues its contribution to the region by approving 6 projects in Hail, worth approximately one billion riyals, and the completion of these projects will contribute to providing an additional 600 hotel rooms in the region.

The Fund also aims to raise these numbers after the “Discover Hail Dimension” round, by approving more projects.

Tourism projects in the Kingdom

It is noteworthy that the “Discover Beyond” tour came as a continuation of the Fund’s efforts aimed at continuing to work on developing more tourism projects throughout the Kingdom.

The visit to the Hail region comes as an extension of successful tours held earlier in Taif, Asir and Al-Ahsa. With the aim of enhancing investments in tourism projects in order to achieve sustainable development and enhance the Kingdom’s position as a global tourist destination.
