Arab executives share their experiences during "Sharjah Entrepreneurship"

Sharjah on the first of February / WAM / Three of the most prominent Arab executives during an exceptional dialogue session at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival in its eighth session, organized by the Sharjah Center for Entrepreneurship, “Sail”, reviewed their experiences on effective strategies that focus on the customer as an essential pillar to achieve leadership in the market and they are Muhammad Al -Hashemi, CEO of the Union Cooperative Society, Ali bin Zayed, First Vice President of Marketing at Emirates Oil Company, and Tawfiq Kreidi, CEO of the Brands Four Les Group.
Muhammad al -Hashemi stressed that the success of any commercial project is based on its interest in customers, stressing that the most successful companies in the world are not limited to selling products and services, but rather adopting their strategies on meeting the needs of customers and understanding their aspirations, stressing the importance of effective presence in the fields of discussion and decision -making, both at the corporate level Or society or customers, pointing out that direct interaction with customers is not just an option but rather a necessity to ensure that it remains in the circle of influence and competition.
Ali bin Zayed talked about the importance of focusing on customers and providing an integrated and exceptional experience for them, based on his speech on the loyalty program “Akan” launched by the Emirates Petroleum Corporation, as it provides an integrated experience for the customer that goes beyond fuel filling and shopping operations to provide them with real added value and exclusive benefits that enhance their bond link And creating a long -term relationship with them and contributed to increasing business by 20%, and the transfer rate from the experiment from the fuel pump to non -fuel products, which we call non -fuel products, increased by 12%.
Tawfiq Kreidi talked about the great importance of data and its role in the success of any commercial project, as it represents today the most important and most valuable tool available to everyone and if you do not use it, you will lose it and I see that if we want to improve the customer’s experience, before anything we must understand its needs accurately and by analyzing the data that flows on various platforms Social communication and different digital channels can know a lot of things that are a factor of our success.
