المملكة: Prohibition of installing self -service machines at traffic lights and near pollution sources

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing issued the requirements of self -service machines, with the aim of ensuring the safety and quality of the products provided to the consumer, reducing the manifestations of visual distortion, raising the level of consumer satisfaction, and contributing to raising the quality of life, and unifying the organizational measures of the self -service machines to raise awareness and compliance with this activity.
The Ministry prohibited the installation of self -service machines at traffic lights, or directly along the public and main roads directly from abroad, and its location is on the inner side of the sidewalk.
It stipulated that the machines be far from any thermal source of a distance of at least 2 meters, and that their place be not subject to pollution or waste, and that it is not intended for cars.

Public facilities and gardens

It allowed the installation of machines in public facilities and parks, events, service centers, commercial streets, and also allowed the establishment of an independent building for self -service machines.
The ministry was obliged to be the authorities of the self -service machines to be the following materials «Vinyl, Epoxy Paraslin» and to be easy to wash and clean and free from cracks and cracks. .
The use of wooden floors of all kinds was prevented, stressing the provision of a special slope with disabilities free of defects, and does not affect the outer sidewalk, and does not cause any distortion in the general appearance, and the bending angle of the slope does not exceed 15 degrees in the event that the self -service machines are on the site independent.
She stressed the provision of adequate and adequate ventilation means, while avoiding any mechanical flow of air from a polluted area to a clean area, and that the air openings are equipped with filters or fences made of anti -stainless and non -corrosion materials, and taking into account maintenance and periodic examination of all air conditioning units to ensure that there is no Other leaks or pollutants.
And it was obligatory that the self -service machines are equipped with what it was devoted to, and prevented the start of operating work without obtaining the municipal license, or changing the area by increasing or decreasing, with no change in the purpose of use except after taking the approval of the secretariat, the competent municipality or the supervising authority.
The Ministry stipulated that self -service machines be closed, to prevent dust and other pollutants leakage, and to prevent entry of insects and rodents, and that they are equipped to record all commodity trading operations with the availability of reports printing feature when requested by the regulatory authorities, with a clear introductory plate in the name of the operator of the machine and its phone To call or inquire and address, and put a plate, poster or screen of the unified electronic code «QR) on the machine shows the licensing data and communications numbers.
I obliged the licensee that the roofs and parts of the machine be able to withstand frequent cleaning and sterilization operations, and are equipped with surveillance cameras, and the machines are excluded in part of an existing building, except for ATM.
She emphasized that in the event that the machine departs from the service, an alert advertisement must appear on the screen or a poster that shows that the machine is out of service.

The requirements also stipulated that the operator obligate the safety of the product and emphasize not being subjected to risks due to maintenance operations, recording and preserving maintenance measures, and not separating the electrical current from machines as long as they are loaded with food or health.
She explained that if the machine is disrupted or the power outages and the food or health materials are exposed to damage due to the temperature change, all products should be removed from the device and replaced.
The Ministry stressed that the food and health self -service machines possess the property of expired products, and the alert feature in the event that the electrical current is separated from the machine, as this is explained in printed reports in the event that it is requested by the supervisory authorities.
