Execution of more than 21 million white chickens

According to the latest report issued by the sector published by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), it has executed more than 21 million white chickens since the beginning of last year due to the bird flu epidemic, including 13.2 million since December.
“If there are no white chickens, there will be no eggs, which leads to a lack of supply and high prices due to the dynamics of supply and demand,” explains Jaya Thomson, an expert on this topic and a professor at Arkansa University.
In addition, according to the Ministry of Agriculture, some of the “affected retailers … keep prices at standard high levels or nearly to reduce demand.”
