“Dubai Land” puts the ninth property designated in the “Business Gulf” .. next Thursday

The Dubai Land and Property Department will be launched, at 11 am tomorrow, Thursday, the ninth property designated in the “Business Gulf” area, through the “Berberco Mint” platform.

According to the platform data, the ninth property is an apartment consisting of one bedroom, located in the “JONE” tower, with an area of 67.16 square meters.

The data showed that the apartment is fully furnished, ready for rent, to be offered at a value of 1.7 million dirhams.

The data also reported that the apartment provides a clear rental return estimated at 5.09%in the first year, an average rental return during five years by 5.24%, and a complex investment return by 11.55%, which includes the increase in the value of the property and rental returns.

It is noteworthy that the real estate coding project launched by the Dubai Land and Property Department, in cooperation with the Dubai Asset Regulatory Authority, “VARA”, the Central Bank, and the Dubai Future Foundation, on May 25, achieved exceptional results within a short period.

The minimum investment in real estate coding projects is only 2000 dirhams, while the maximum is determined by 20% of the value of one real estate, to protect investors, ensure a fair distribution of ownership, in addition to ensuring the application of the best international governance standards.

Since the launch of the project, eight programmed projects have been sold for fully ready real estate in record time with the participation of investors of 50 nationalities.

It is noteworthy that “Dubai Land” confirmed that the real estate coding project is the project of the century, and it represents a real opportunity that will contribute to expanding the base of real estate ownership of different segments of society.

It revealed the reduction of the fees for registering real estate coding transactions from 4 to 2%.

She drew attention to the presence of more than 20 thousand people on the waiting list, who have applied to enter classes in the offered real estate coding projects.
