Al Ain City Municipality accomplishes 81 % of the first stage of the project to develop the Al -Amara region

Al Ain on April 22 / WAM / The municipality of Al Ain City has completed 81 % of the first phase of the project to raise the efficiency of roads and infrastructure in the Al -Amra area, as part of the plan to develop roads and sustainable infrastructure in residential neighborhoods in Al Ain.
The first phase is expected to end on May 30, 2025, while the cost of the project works is 130 million dirhams at the end of all its work.
The engineer Amna Al -Nusibi, head of the project implementation department in Al Ain Municipality, affirmed the keenness to provide the best services to the welfare and happiness of citizens and residents, in accordance with the latest standards and specifications in force in the emirate, taking into account the application of the guide for the infrastructure specifications of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
She said that the completion rate of the project’s work has reached in the Hazah Al -Bush neighborhood – west to 90 % to serve 420 residential vouchers, and 70 % in the Al -Waha neighborhood, to serve 490 residential couples, noting that the project includes road works and parking lots to serve vouchers, in addition to landmarks and traffic and guiding plates, maintenance of pedestrian sidewalks and repair of dilapidated sidewalks, protection and transportation of services, and exchange network work Rain water, road lighting and update with LED technology.
She explained that the comprehensive development work included more than 60 roads in the Hazah Al -Bush neighborhood – West at a total cost of more than 74 million dirhams, which included the implementation of infrastructure work and the completion of a new network for rainwater drainage in the region, in addition to raising road efficiency, implementing parking lots, maintenance of pedestrian sidewalks and installing road lighting with LED technology, with the aim of enhancing the well -being of the community and the services provided to it.
