Ukrainian intelligence seizes a Russian “Shadow Fleet” ships

The Ukrainian Intelligence Service seized a foreign commercial ship linked to the so -called Russian “Shadow Fleet”, accusing it of illegally transferring pills from the occupied Crimea.
The ship was used in late 2024 to export 5,000 tons of wheat from the port of Sevastopol located in the Crimea, which was illegally annexed by Russia in 2014.

It is known that the ships of the Russian shadow fleet helps Moscow to circumvent Western sanctions.
Among them is the maximum oil prices and is often used to transport Ukrainian pills transferred from the occupied territories.

The forces intercepted the ship, which was raising the flag of an unimaginable Asian state, in the Ukrainian territorial waters in the Black Sea.

The authorities have not revealed the current location of the ship’s crew or any legal measures being taken.
Kiev is the trade with these areas illegal, and the ships that entered the occupied ports were detained without the permission of Ukraine.
