Gamal Allam and Mashoor honor two referees after saving the lives of two players
Gamal Allam, President of the Egyptian Football Association, and Major General Helmy Mashhour, Council Member, received the referees Ahmed Al-Tunisi and Ahmed Rabie Yassin. To honor them for their good behavior during the management of the Ghazl El Mahalla and El Qana matches in the Republic League, and Sodfa and Sohag in the Third Division League, and for saving the lives of two players, after they were exposed to swallowing their tongue and being concussed during the matches.
Gamal Allam and Helmy Mashour expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the two referees. Ahmed Al-Tunisi and Ahmed Rabie Yassin for their good behavior during the management of the two matches as soon as they noticed the players falling to the ground, so they stopped the match. During the two matches, running quickly towards the players and providing first aid to them until the medical staff of the two teams descended until the players were rescued.
The Board of Directors of the Football Association, headed by Gamal Allam, and the Referees Committee are keen to organize first aid medical courses on a regular basis for all elements of the game, including coaches and referees. And players to face any emergency circumstances that occur during matches.
