Appointing a new member in the Nominations and Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Saudi Sal Logistics Company decided today, based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, to appoint Wajdi bin Muhammad Al-Ghabban as a non-independent/non-executive member of the Board of Directors to complete the current session of the Board of Directors, which ends on 03/28/2026.
According to the company’s statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia, Wajdi Al-Ghabban holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Robert Kennedy College in Switzerland in 2013, and has more than 30 years of professional experience in various fields:
• Airline Catering: Long experience in managing logistics operations for the aviation sector.
• Production operations, implementing major projects and achieving operational efficiency.
• Real estate development: Contribute to planning and developing real estate projects to achieve strategic goals.
Professor Wagdi excelled in developing effective strategies to achieve goals and enhance institutional performance.
