Guterres: Annexing the West Bank would constitute a flagrant violation of international law

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres warned on Monday that any total or partial annexation of the West Bank by Israel would be a flagrant violation of international law, denouncing statements to this effect made by Israeli officials.
