The appropriate approval

The export of waste outside the region has authorized another country for the purpose of treatment, additional treatment or final disposal – in the absence of waste management facilities to deal with this waste within the region or the main country – after obtaining appropriate approval from the competent authority, according to 5 requirements.
These requirements include the local market does not need the type of waste required to be exported, determining the type of waste that will be exported by the facility, with a report on it, obtaining the required approvals, providing the laboratory test and contracting with a licensed collection and transfer service provider.
The authority obligated the waste management facility not to prevent or obstruct inspectors of the competent authority from carrying out the inspection, which includes a periodic program for inspection on the region’s facilities, and also includes scheduled inspection visits, and if they are prevented or disabled from their work, the inspector documents this in a report; To take the necessary measures.
