Ajman hosts the annual AFC conference for bodybuilding and fitness 2025

Ajman, on June 14/ WAM/ Ajman hosted today the annual conference of the Asian Federation for Building Body and Physical fitness 2025, on the sidelines of the emirate hosting the Asian Asian Championship for Body Building and Physical Fitness, with the participation of a group of players and specialists from all over the Asian continent, in the presence of Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, head of the Ajman Tourism Development Department.
The conference witnessed the participation of a number of major Asian and international figures specialized in the sport of bodybuilding, and discussed the most prominent developments of bodybuilding and fitness sport at the continental and global level, and reviewed future plans to enhance this sport.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, President of the Emirates Federation for Body Building and Physical Fitness, Vice President of the International Federation of Physical Fitness and Bodybuilding, His Excellency Mahmoud Khalil Al Hashemi, Director General of the Department of Tourism Development in Ajman, Dr. Raphael Santonga, President of the International Federation of Physical Fitness and Bodybuilding, Dr. Adel Fahim, Executive Assistant and Vice -President of the Federation, and the President of the Egyptian, Arab and African Federations for Physical Fitness Kozukov, President of the Asian Bodybuilding Union, in addition to the presidents and representatives of the Asian national federations.
Members of the AFC annual conference gave a detailed presentation on the Asian Bodybuilding and Physical Fitness Championship hosted by Ajman, in addition to discussing the initial plans for the upcoming world championship to be held in Ajman next year.
The conference highlighted the agenda of the remaining events for 2025, and the disclosure of sporting events prescribed in the coming months, including local and regional championships, and the activity of gaming categories and fitness challenges.
The conference schedule included discussing a group of major axes, verifying delegates and new officials by reviewing the official lists of the participants and the accreditation of accredited delegates from each national union; The decisions of the 2024 conference were presented and evaluated the extent of their implementation.
The attendees also discussed the mechanisms of enhancing the presence of bodybuilding sport in the media, and highlighted the importance of the role of social media and sports journalism in this regard.
The attendees also discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the International Federation of Physical fitness and bodybuilding and its Asian counterpart, to serve the development of sport at the continental and international levels.
The conference concluded its work by honoring a number of personalities in appreciation of their efforts in supporting the sport of bodybuilding and fitness, in addition to coming up with recommendations aimed at developing the sport of bodybuilding and fitness in Asia, while emphasizing the importance of consolidating cooperation and joint institutional work between all parties concerned to ensure the continued development of bodybuilding sport globally.
