This evening, the work of the International Labor Market Conference 2025, at the King Abdulaziz International Convention Center in Riyadh, was concluded this evening, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – in the presence of a high -level international presence that exceeded 10,000 participants, including 40 labor ministers, More than 200 international speakers and experts represent more than 100 countries.
The second edition of the conference, which was held under the slogan “The Future of Work” and organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, witnessed the signing of 70 agreements and a memorandum of understanding between government agencies and private companies, serving more than 300 thousand beneficiaries.

The Labor Market Academy was launched at the conference, policy laboratories were launched, and two major laboratories focused on active labor market programs (ALMPS) to enhance youth integration into labor markets, and sectoral skills councils (SSCS) to support private sector participation in developing skills.

The conference witnessed the signing of a number of strategic agreements between government agencies and the private sector to support the labor market, enhance training and employment, develop skills, and enable national cadres in various vital sectors.

During the second day, a number of strategic notes were signed during the second day, which aims to enhance cooperation between academic authorities and the private sector, in a way that contributes to developing the work environment and stimulating innovation in the areas of training and education.
