Paris .. Louvre wants to allocate a ticket for those wishing to see “Mona Lisa”

Lawrence de Carr Director, Director of the Lawnce de Car, has announced that she wants to allocate a ticket to the Mona Lisa painting for the painter Leonardo Da Vinci that visitors to the museum must buy along with the basic ticket to enter the most attractive museum for visitors in the world.

Di Carr said in an interview with “France Inter” radio that the idea is to obtain the Louvre Museum ticket that allows the visitor to see the permanent groups and exhibitions, and if the visitor wants to see the Monalisa painting, then there will be an additional ticket dedicated to it.

Renewal of the Louvre Museum

After an alert sent by De Car to French Minister of Culture Rachida Dati regarding the museum’s condition, President Emmanuel Macron issued several advertisements about the renewal of the Louvre Museum at the end of last January.

He pointed out that the restoration work is supposed to end in 2031, providing a new space and an independent entrance to reach Monalesa.
Macron explained that the Leonardo da Vinci painting “will be available to visitors independently from the rest of the museum, so it will have a special ticket.”

In response to a question via France Inter channel, Di Car said that the Montaliza painting will be placed “most likely within the Carree”, which is “a special space that will allow visitors to preview this painting quietly.”

She said, “Our idea is that Munalesa will have an exceptional situation.”
