1.36 trillion riyals .. Individual loans in Saudi Arabia at the end of December 2024 #Urgent

Bank credit credit loans, granted according to economic activity during the month of December at a value of 1.366 trillion riyals.
According to the monthly statistical bulletin issued by the Saudi Central Bank “SAMA”, individuals’ loans for credit increased in December on an annual basis by 9.8%, compared to 1.243 trillion riyals in the same month last year.

Individual loans

According to the bulletin, individuals ’loans rose on a monthly basis by 0.9%, last December, compared to 1.352 trillion riyals in November 2024.
Real estate loans
The second place came from real estate activities, a bank credit of 333.344 billion riyals, high on an annual and monthly basis by 33%, and 1.6%, respectively.
In the third place came the activity of wholesale and retail trade, bank credit of 198.867 billion riyals, increasing by 10.9% on an annual basis, while decreased by 6.7% on a monthly basis.

Manufacturing industries

The fourth place came in the fourth place of electricity, gas and water supplies, a bank credit of 182.964 billion riyals, high on an annual and monthly basis, by 29.21%, and 2.5%, respectively.
In the fifth rank, the activity of manufacturing manufacturing was a bank credit of 182950 billion riyals, up 6.3% on an annual basis, while it increased by 0.3% on a monthly basis.
According to the newsletter, the sixth and insurance activities are ranked sixth, 136.594 billion riyals, high on an annual and monthly basis by 30.9%, and 4%, respectively.
The construction activity ranked seventh, a bank credit of 120.277 billion riyals, low 0.3% on an annual basis, while declining by 2.5% on a monthly basis last November.

Mining and mining

The bank credit granted for mining and mining activity recorded 52.379 billion riyals, high on an annual and monthly basis by 29.5%, and 3.4%, respectively.
The bank credit granted for transportation and storage activity reached 51.534 billion riyals, up 10.7% on an annual basis, while it decreased by 2.8% on a monthly basis last November.
The bank credit granted for administrative and support services activity recorded 39.561 billion riyals, while accommodation and food services activities obtained bank credit last December, of 37.950 billion riyals.
The information and communication activity amounted to 27.840 billion riyals, while bank credit granted for human health and social work activities amounted to 21.956 billion riyals, while bank credit for agriculture, forests and fishing reached 8.596 billion riyals.
The bulletin reported that the education activity received a bank credit of 8.144 billion riyals, while professional, scientific and technical activities obtained 8.121 billion riyals.
