A 4 -magnitude earthquake hit New Delhi

A 4 -magnitude earthquake struck Monday morning, New Delhi, and its position was set on the outskirts of the huge Indian capital.
There was no immediate reports of great damage, but the terrified residents left the buildings.
The American Geological Survey stated that the earthquake occurred at 05:36 (00:06 GMT), before sunrise, and its center was only 10 kilometers.
“We hope that you will all be safe,” said police on social media.
And it provided a phone number that can be contacted when necessary.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi called on people to follow the “safety reserves” and stay on alert “for possible shocks.”
Earthquakes occur regularly in northern India, where the Indian tectonic plate meets with the Eurasian plate.
