Dubai, February 24/ WAM/ The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure announced the start of the implementation of a project to establish and accomplish a court and the Dibba Prosecution – Fujairah, where implementation is expected to take 540 days.
Eng. Halima Al -Shehhi, Director of the Eastern Province Projects Department, said that the project extends over an area of 5238.96 square meters, and aims to provide an integrated work environment for the judicial authorities, according to the highest standards of sustainability and green construction, which contributes to improving the efficiency of natural resources and energy consumption, and reducing environmental impacts.
She added that the project consists of the main building, which includes court halls, a customer service center, administrative offices, reception, waiting hall, rest room, chapel, service rooms, in addition to a service building and guard rooms. The project also includes external work that includes the general site, fences, And gates and parking lots for civilians and employees.
Al -Shehhi explained that the project depends on the latest technologies to enhance energy and water efficiency, through advanced control systems and smart solutions that support sustainability, including improving resource management and using energy -saving devices in addition to supporting sustainable transportation by providing charging stations for electric cars and enhancing infrastructure supporting environmental solutions .
She emphasized that the project reflects the Ministry’s commitment to developing the judicial infrastructure according to the finest international standards, noting that the application of sustainability standards in the building will ensure high operational efficiency, which reflects positively on the quality of services provided to society.
She said that the ministry is keen to implement government projects in a way that enhances sustainable development and provides a modern work environment, as this project will constitute a qualitative addition to the judicial infrastructure in the Emirate of Fujairah, pointing out that the project comes within the UAE vision to enhance the efficiency of government facilities and provide an advanced work environment, which contributes to Improving the experience of customers and supporting the sustainable development process.
