Cholera epidemic hits Angola .. 201 deaths and 5574 injured

The number of deaths increased due to the cholera epidemic in Angola to 201, and the Ministry of Health said in a statement yesterday that the total number of people with virus has reached 5574 people since early January.
While the cholera cases were reported in 13 provinces of Angola, the ministry indicated that the outbreak of the disease began in Luanda County County, which recorded the highest number of cases.
It is noteworthy that in late February, the Angolan authorities announced the death of 163 cholera peplys out of 4,582 injuries since the beginning of this year.

Cholera in Sudan

The Sudanese Ministry of Health announced that at least 70 people died due to cholera and more than 2,200 others were ill in the south of the country last week.
