I launched a campaign & quot; unplug & quot; Under the slogan & quot; Separate and live your life & quot; By students of the Faculty of Information Misr University for Science and Technology aimed at youth in order to educate society about the danger of social media addiction. It stresses the importance of taking advantage of time in self -development, social and health, while preserving the privacy of the individual on social media platforms. Individuals are encouraged to use social media in a balanced way to take advantage of its positives without being damaged. During this campaign, individuals are called for a more balanced and vibrant life experience, as they can enjoy real moments without wasting time to follow the news and ongoing updates. This is a step towards improving the quality of life and promoting mental and social health.
