Distribution of basic profits from the fourth quarter of 2024, an increase of 4.2%

Saudi Aramco announced the distribution of basic profits to shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2024 AD, and this represents an increase of 4.2% compared to the third quarter of 2024 AD.
According to the company’s statement on the circulation of Saudi Arabia, the distribution of profits comes in line with the company’s profit distribution policy, which aims to distribute sustainable and increasing profits.
In addition, Saudi Aramco announces the first distribution of profits related to performance to shareholders based on the full annual results of the year 2024 AD, and these profits related to performance were counted on the basis of 70% of the free cash flows of the Saudi Aramco Group for the year 2024 AD, after deducting basic profits and any other amounts, including external investments.
The total amount distributed is 80.10 billion (21.36 billion dollars), including:
Basic profits distributions 79.28 million ﷼ (21.14 billion dollars).
Performance dividends are 0.82 million ﷼ (0.22 million dollars).
The number of shares owed to profits swallows 241,860,791,060, while the share of one share of the total amount is 0.3312 ﷼ per share, including:
Basic profits distributions, 0.3278 ﷼.
Performance -related profit distributions, 0.0034 ﷼.
The date of truth will be 1446-09-17 corresponding to 2025-03-17, while the distribution date will be 1446-09-26 corresponding to 2025-03-26.
