A sessing holding a construction contract "Design Quarter" Dubai Design District, two billion dirhams
Dubai, March 11/ WAM/ “Marras”, which is affiliated with “Dubai Holding Real Estate”, announced the award of a contract worth more than two billion dirhams on the “Arab Construction” company, to implement construction work in the “Design Quarter” project in the Dubai Design District.
The construction work of the project, which consists of 558 apartments in mid -2027, is scheduled to be completed.
These apartments are divided into three buildings “low -height building and tall buildings” that connect the “podium” platform that constitute a meeting point linking the residents of the three buildings.
In order to keep the “Design Quarter” project in the Dubai Design District, a car free and a pedestrian, parking lots will be provided to the residential area through underground levels that can be accessed subject to surveillance.
