Global accidents .. a medical helicopter crashes and a terrible collision in Germany
A medical helicopter crashed into the forest area in the US state of Mississippi, “a problem in controlling flying” shortly before its crash on Monday, killing all the three individuals who were on board, according to federal authorities.
According to wireless calls issued from the helicopter to the company’s communication base, the pilot would try to land in a field.
The authorities stated that the helicopter was destroyed shortly after that and fire broke out.
J. Todd Inman, a member of the National Transport Council on Tuesday, said in a statement that the investigators had found traces in the trees that are compatible with the plane’s fan that collided with it.
85 people were killed by rain in Peru
The National Civil Protection Institute in Peru announced on Tuesday that the bad weather that struck the country since the beginning of the rainy season in December has killed 85 people and displaced more than 47,000 others.
The latest report issued by the institute confirmed that the death toll has almost doubled since February, when it reached 47 people.
The institute said that “the number of homeless people all over the country reached 47789,” stressing that 3098 homes were destroyed and 19,000 homes have been inhabited since December.
Most of the victims died as a result of the slides of soil and floods and rivers from their streams due to the continuous rains in the Andes and Amazon regions.
The rainy season in Peru usually lasts until April.
Germany .. a tank truck collision with fuel and a tram
The German police announced on Tuesday evening the death toll from a fuel tank collision with a tram in the town of Ubshtat-Fair, north of the city of Karlsruhua, to 3 people.

The police had previously reported that two people were missing, and they were believed to be inside the tram during the accident.
A police spokesman said: “The identification of the three dead is still ongoing due to the seriousness of the injuries,” a police spokesman said.
According to preliminary information, the accident occurred early in the afternoon at the railway crossing that was not equipped with barriers, and the collision led to the outbreak of fire in both the tank and tram truck, and the truck was loaded with heating oil.
Earlier in the evening, the police stated that “according to the available data, there were at least 10 passengers inside the train the moment of collision.”
