At least 16 people were killed by storms and floods in the United States

Severe storms that struck the center and east of the United States killed at least 16 people, officials have reported, while the National Meteorological Authority warned of additional floods in the coming days.
A series of storms that hit areas of Arkansu to Ohio in recent days caused damage to buildings, floods in the roads and dozens of wives.
Tennessee was the most affected by the harsh weather, as local authorities announced on Saturday the death of 10 people in the western part of the state.

Two dead in Kentucky

Two people were killed by the floods in Kentucky, according to the governor of the state, Andy Bashir, one of whom was a child washed away by flood water.
The photos circulated on social media and local media showed widespread damage to the storm in several states, destroyed homes, the trees were uprooted, the electricity lines were cut, and cars turned.

The National Meteorological Authority expected large -scale floods in the center of the country, warning that “people and property are in great danger.”

Two deaths linked to the storm in Missouri and a third in Indiana were recorded, according to media reports and local authorities.
The state’s emergency administration agency said in a statement that a five -year -old child was found in a house in Little Rock, Arkansu, noting that this is “related to the continuous acute climate.”
“Floods have reached record levels in many regions,” the governor of Kentucky wrote on social media.
On Sunday morning, electricity was cut off more than 100,000 subscribers in the states of Arkansu and Tennessee, according to the “Power Outag” website.
On Saturday, the National Meteorological Authority announced that moderate to severe hurricanes may be formed in parts of the Tennessee Valley and the Lower Mississippi Valley on Sunday, along with severe thunderstorms.
