The Minister of Justice shocks Trump .. It is difficult to find a way to run for a third term

US Secretary of Justice Pam Bondi said it would be difficult for President Donald Trump to find a way to run in the presidential elections for a third term.
“I hope our president will stay for 20 years, but I think he will have finished the presidency, most likely, after this term,” Bondi said in a statement to Fox News on Sunday.

Amending the American Constitution

The American constitution was amended in 1947 to determine the maximum presidential state in the two states, after the death of President Franklin Roosevelt after the start of his fourth term.
Constitutional amendments require the majority of two -thirds in the House of Representatives and the Senate, as well as the approval of 75% of the fifty states, which greatly excludes political analysts.

“This is really the only way to this,” Bondi added, stressing the difficulty of finding Trump as a way to contest the presidential elections for a third term.
After Many counted Trump’s argument with the issue of a third term, a 78 -year -old White House, in a statement to NBC News on March 31, stressed that he was “not joking” in relation to this possibility.
He pointed to the existence of “means through which he can do so.”

The opinions of constitutional experts

Bondi, the former public prosecutor of Florida, appears to be the difficulty of Trump’s elections in pursuit of a third term, in line with the opinions of the majority of constitutional experts.
However, as close to Trump, she holds the highest position in law enforcement authorities, her statements are more important.
In the interview, Bondi talked about what the recent Trump administration faced judicial appeals in the legality of its policies and decisions.
“More than 170 lawsuits were filed against us,” she said, describing it as a “constitutional crisis.”
“We will continue the struggle” against these cases in various courts.
