Drop the traffic violations that have been committed 10 years in Sharjah

The Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah issued a decision regarding the dropping of traffic violations in the Emirate of Sharjah.

This came during the presidency of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council, today, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council, the meeting of the Council held in the office of His Highness the Ruler.

The decision stipulated that the traffic violations registered with the competent authority will be exactly the traffic authority in the General Command of Sharjah Police, which has been 10 years ago from the date of its commission.

The decision also stipulated that the General Command of Sharjah Police fulfill a fee of (1,000) dirhams in exchange for a request to drop traffic violations, and the following cases are excluded:

1. The death of the vehicle owner is proven.

2. It is proven that the owner of the vehicle leave the country for a period of not less than 10 continuous years.

3.
