Balance Council is a partner that is able to defense sector in "Make in the Emirates 2025"
Abu Dhabi, April 22 / WAM / ADNEC Group announced the participation of the Balance Council as an enabled partner for the defense sector in the fourth edition of the “Made in the UAE” initiative, whose position as a platform for industrial investment in the UAE, and is an essential engine for the advancement of manufacturing and technology.
His Excellency Dr. Nasser Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Secretary -General of the Balance Council, said that the council’s participation in “Made in the Emirates” embodies its continuous commitment to support the strategic directions of the UAE in building an advanced and sustainable national industrial base, and that the forum is a pioneering platform that brings together decision makers, industry and expert poles, and entrepreneurs, in order to open the way for constructive dialogues and real opportunities to develop the local manufacturing system, and promoting partnerships between Various sectors.
He stressed the importance of the integration of national roles to achieve self -sufficiency in the vital sectors, especially in the field of defense and security industries, which represent a basic pillar of economic sovereignty and national security.
He added that “I make in the Emirates” represents a strategic opportunity to enhance the vision of “We Emirates 2031” towards an economy based on knowledge and technology, and a platform for renewing commitment to a more flexible and sustainable industrial future, which enhances the pioneering position of the UAE in the scene of the global industry and confirms its position as a regional and global center for an advanced industry based on innovation, efficiency and production quality.
For his part, His Excellency Hamid Matar Al Dhaheri, Managing Director and CEO of ADNEC Group, stressed the importance of this cooperation, considering “Making in the Emirates” an essential platform for drawing the features of the future of manufacturing, technology and industrial investment sectors in the UAE. He said that the role of the Balance Council as a possible partner for the sector is gaining a pivotal importance in advancing resettlement efforts and promoting technological innovation within the main strategic sectors, as its deep experiences in the defense and security industries are integrated with the acceleration of industrial self -sufficiency and the achievement of the desired economic diversification.
The activities of the “Maken in the Emirates” exhibition will be held at the “Denik Abu Dhabi” Center from 19 to 22 May 2025, by hosting the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, organizing the “ADNEC” group in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, and “ADNOC”, and we reach the exhibition area of 50 thousand square meters, and with the participation of more than 500 exhibitors representing 12 major sectors.
