المملكة: The implementation of major water lines in Diriyah at a cost exceeding 140 million riyals

The National Water Company has completed the implementation of two strategic projects for major water lines in the Diriyah Governorate in Riyadh, at a total cost exceeding 140 million riyals, and with a total length of more than 26 km, as part of its continuous efforts to enhance the infrastructure of water and environmental services, and support urban and economic expansion in the region.

The company explained that the two projects will contribute to strengthening water supplies to Diriyah and a number of neighborhoods of Riyadh, including the neighborhoods of Hittin, palm and lavender, in addition to feeding the Diriyah portal project.
She pointed out that the additional quantities resulting from these projects will reach 146 thousand cubic meters per day, which reflects positively on improving operational efficiency, increasing coverage rates and enhancing the quality of services provided to customers.

“National Water” affirmed its commitment to continuing the implementation of its development projects according to ambitious strategic plans aimed at achieving the sustainability of water resources and raising the efficiency of infrastructure, in line with the highest quality and performance standards, and enhances the achievement of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision in the fields of sustainability and quality of life.
