The head of the astronomical association in Jeddah, Eng. And Abu Zahra, that the meteor radiation point begins to appear over the northeastern horizon around 9 pm, and it is the highest height in the sky during the early hours of the morning, where the best monitoring times is between 03:00 and 5:00 am local time.

Abu Zahra added that the usual average of meteors during its peak is about 18 meteors per hour in perfect monitoring conditions, with a rare possibility for a sudden increase of up to 100 meteors per hour, which is not expected this year.
