“Dubai Land” launches the “Dubai Connect Real Estate” initiative

The Dubai Land and Property Department, in cooperation with the «Q4 Consultans» and the “IIFL” group, organized the “Dubai Connect Real Estate Directorate” initiative in the Indian capital, New Delhi, in the presence of the country’s ambassador to India, Dr. Abdel Nasser Al -Shaali.

The department stated in a statement yesterday that the initiative is a strategic step to enhance Dubai’s position as a global real estate investment center, as well as part of the Dubai Real Estate Promotion Strategy, which is led by the department, to expand the prospects for international cooperation and activate investment ties with the most prominent global markets.

The Dubai Land reported that a comprehensive presentation of the real estate investment scene in Dubai and the competitive benefits that make the emirate an exceptional investment destination.

During the event, the delegation reviewed several strategic axes that included modern trends in urban planning, simplifying organizational procedures, and providing integrated digital services that enhance the ease of doing business and protect the rights of investors.

“(Dubai Land) continues to enhance its global presence by launching the (Dubai Connect Real Estate Convention) event in New Delhi, India, to open new horizons for cooperation and investment in the real estate sector between Dubai and India, and review the leading real estate system developed by Dubai, including transparent legislation, advanced digital services and the attractive investment environment, along with besides Future visions and initiatives that reflect Dubai’s vision as a global capital of real estate innovation. ”

For his part, the CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector, Majid Al -Marri, said: “Our visit came to confirm again the full readiness of Dubai to attract international investors, and to consolidate Dubai’s position as an attractive global center for real estate investments by highlighting its competitiveness and exploring new cooperation opportunities.”

According to “Dubai Land”, India represents the largest base for foreign investors in the Dubai Real Estate Market in terms of the number of investors and the value of investments.
