Al -Bahairi expressed his extreme anger at this behavior and considered him a clear violation of his intellectual rights, accusing the star of “Star Academy” using music clips from his song “Daba Daba Tadam Alia” in her new song “Salina”, which she presented in conjunction with the announcement of her engagement from the presenter Murad Al -Ashabi.

The Moroccan artist did not comment until the hour of these accusations, nor did she respond to Al -Bahari over the social media and preferred silence until the fate of her new song, which she presented on the occasion of her engagement.

The Moroccan artist defended in a video clip posted on social media about the rights of his song, noting that the song “Salina” contains music clips taken from his song recorded in the Moroccan Office for the Rights of Authors since 1998.

He pointed out that he possesses the evidence to prove his rights, including the cassette of the song. He was accused of the artist Abdulaziz Al -Satati of his participation in this encroachment.

In the end, he appealed to Ibtisam to keep silent to correct the error and restore consideration to him, stressing that he intends to take the necessary legal measures to defend his rights and that he will not tolerate any transgression or transgression of intellectual property rights related to his singing works, noting that his resort to the judiciary will be to put an end to the infringement of intellectual property rights.
