“Xia” said that 31 of these deaths were at the Elderly Care Center in the town of Tayishiton in the northeast of the city.

Natural disasters in China
Large parts of northern China have witnessed heavy rains and floods since last week, which evacuated tens of thousands of people.
“There are gaps in our preparatory plans. We had a deficiency in our information about the sharp weather conditions. This tragedy warned us that giving priority to people and human life is not just a slogan,” said the leader of the most affected Communist Party in the Mun Yion region.
Natural disasters in China abound, especially during the summer when some areas witness heavy rains while others suffer from extreme heat.
